The Advisory Board and Voting Board were both focused on intensive and in-depth organizational restructuring to ensure long-term sustainability aligned with our mission and vision for Target Evolution. The Boards were also tasked with adjusting current "5-Year Strategic Plans" for the organization due to certain political & geopolitical challenges and cultural changes, which could result in the reallocation of government funding and resources that were previously earmarked for WIOA Act services and youth-development organizations.
