Launched the Exemplary Forestry Investment Fund an impact-first timber investment fund meant to blend impact investment and tangible environmental outcomes for Maine's forests. The first property-specific fund, Scammon Ridge Headwaters LLC, purchased and conserved 3,000 acres in Greenville Maine near Moosehead Lake for sustainable forestry, public access, and improved wildlife habitat. Convened the eleven Maine Mountain Collaborative member organizations to share information about emerging conservation projects, common challenges, and emerging opportunities. This level of collaboration has led to new conservation projects that may not otherwise have been possible.
