Due to fire and safety issues we had to cancel our fall program season which typically accounts for 35%+ of our annual program numbers. Though we cancelled many youth and adult programs we also added programs with veterans as part of recovering from the wildfire damage. Part VI, Line 11a The 990 is reviewed first by the Board Treasurer and then by the full board prior to submission. Part VI, Line 12c Members of the Board of Directors signed the conflict of interest policy at the February 2024 Board Meeting. None of the 7 board members had any potential conflicts of interest for business expected in 2024. Prior to each board meeting the executive director checked the conflict of interest forms against the meeting agenda to flag potential new issues. None arose at any point during the 2024 tax year.
