The activity is conducted via a Podcast called The Ranch Podcast. The Podcast Studio is performed at one of two studio locations, both located within the City of Boise, Idaho. The podcast is hosted by Matt Todd, Founder of the Ranch Podcast. The Foundation represents a channel within the podcast that represent episodes that meet the criteria of the mission and vision of the Foundation as described above. 0 0 425 1010 The Foundation was formed on September 23, 2024, funded December 13, 2024 and had very limited financial activity in its first year. Revenue was limited to two individual donations and the cost of fundraising event. Program activities associated with the Foundation's mission and purpose have occurred since its formation, however paymemts for Podcasting activities will begin in calendar 2025. However, if such a committee is appointed and acting, meetings and written actions will be documented. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Treasurer of the Foundation completes Form 990 and all related schedules. Upon finalizing the return, the Treasurer sends the completed Form 990 to the Board of Directors. If the Board of Directors makes recommendations for changes, the suggestions are reviewed by the Treasurer and revisions are made if necessary prior to filing Form 990 with the IRS.
