Management fees represent amounts paid to MCI under the terms of an agreement to provide management, back-office services, office space, equipment and other resources needed to manage the day-to-day operations. Management fees totaled $941,580 for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Association's Executive Director is an employee of and was compensated by MCI. Only Permanent Charter Members and Temporary Charter members have voting rights within the Corporation.
