To ensure consistency and comparability the 2024 Form 990 has been amended to reflect this presentation. Donor-directed contributions are now reported as increases in net assets with donor restrictions rather than as current-year revenue. Accordingly in Part X Balance Sheet net assets are separated into without donor restrictions and with donor restrictions. In Part XI Reconciliation of Net Assets an adjustment of $99,023 is reported on Line 9 Other changes in net assets or fund balances to reflect donor-directed contributions received in 2024. These funds are recorded as restricted net assets and will be recognized as revenue when expended for the donor-specified purposes. This amendment does not change the organizations total net assets or liabilities but provides a more accurate and transparent presentation of financial position in accordance with nonprofit accounting standards. Part VI, Line 7a Form 990 Part VI Section A Line 7A: Board of Trustees receive nominations from members to be elected at the Annual Elections. Members have the power to vote for the Governing Trustees. Part VI, Line 11a A complete copy of Form 990 is provided to all members of the Board of Directors prior to filing.
