The only support for the organization is received from the general public and earnings on investments. The Awarding Committee selects students, from all applications received, who meet the criteria for a scholarship. The decision of a majority of the Awarding Committee will be final as to the recipients and amounts of awards. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2 2 officers are related by marriage. Michele Dasch, Chairman and John Dasch, Awards Chairman are wife and husband. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Association reviews the Form 990 at the monthly meeting after completion by the treasurer. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Association bylaws contain a provision for conflicts of interest. The bylaws are reviewed annually and students awarded scholarships are reviewed for any relationship to members. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Association does not provide access to the public of it's governing documents or conflict of interest policy. Financial information is available to the public through the Association's filing with the PA Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations.
