Participation in recruitment activities promotes bonds between members and teaches valuable interviewing and social skills. The Organization held an event which members attended with their Parents.The event promotes social interactions between members and markets the Organization to parents, many of whom are paying their daughters membership fees. The Organization held a formal event in the Fall season attended by all members and their guests.The formal event included transportation, dinner and dancing. The event encourages social interaction between members and continued membership with the Organization.
