ACTIVITIES: Refined monthly training program to support 12 monthly actions sheets the 33 most impactful measures a household can take to reduce its energy footprint - with a combined impact of an approximately 30% to 50% reduction. 0 0 3. In FY 2024, the total value of the donated professional services and facilities were $97,249. For this reason, our expenses are minimal - primarily fees for online accounting and web management support. Our revenues are primarily interest on the $522,120 we hold in unearned grant revenues (that we earn once we identify, recruit and support churches to qualify for solar and energy conservation grants). This interest is considered grant revenue. Our accumulated surplus of $32,416 in unrestricted funds will allow us to hire a staff person and consulting services to help us with outreach to potential grantees. Form 990, Part VI, Section B To date, Creation Care Partners has relied solely on a pro bono executive director and volunteers. Other than grants restricted to capital improvements - solar panels and energy conservation upgrades - annual expenses (less than $1200) are nearly entirely for monthly online accounting fees, online storage and website development services. The grants are allocated through a transparent process and grantees must secure multiple bids for work to be performed, justify their choice of contractors and materials, submit documentation to be reimbursed, and work with Creation Care Partners to secure comparable lower-priced bids if their choice of contractor is not financially competitive. We did not realize that we had missed the deadline until the deadline for the Form 990 for the most recent fiscal year. We do use QuickBooks online for our accounting and do a professional job using double-entry bookkeeping. We are very sorry.
