Our faculty association has been organized for the purpose of protecting and enhancing the professional interests of the seventeen teachers on our staff. Our funds, which are generated solely from membership dues, are used primarily for compensating the association's officers for the time they spend preparing presentations to the school board and administration in regards to negotiations and, at times, grievance issues. They are awarded a set stipend each year which is voted upon by association members.
