Rachel Weir is also the CEO of Amazima Ministries International, which has adopted an executive compensation setting policy applicable to its CEO. Under the policy, the compensation of the CEO is reviewed by members of the Board of Directors who do not have a conflict of interest with respect to these individuals. The Board utilizes comparability data and contemporaneously substantiates its deliberations and decisions.
