The Grant of Easement requires the Pioneers Rest Cemetery Association to maintain and repair the Main Entrance structure and associated iron gates plus the Sextons Cottage structure associated and any associated land on which the structures reside. The components of both structures must be maintained at a level that continues to make them eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. The monitoring of both structures is done by multiple board members throughout the year. The structures are subject to inspection by representatives of the Texas Historical Commission. Any changes proposed for the structures must be approved by a designated representative of the Texas Historical Commission. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 A copy of the Form 990 is reviewed by the Treasurer before filing. A copy of the Form 990 is available for review by board members upon request.
