The Learning Center of North Texas, Inc., dba LinkED, has recognized no liability for uncertain tax positions. The Learning Center of North Texas, Inc., dba LinkED, files as a tax-exempt organization. The Learning Center of North Texas, Inc., dba LinkED's tax returns are subject to review and examination by federal and state authorities. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Form 990 is reviewed by the Executive Director as well as the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors, which is chaired by the Board Treasurer. After review, a copy of the Form 990 is provided to each governing board member before filing the form.
