The Fire Department has members as a way of insuring that the persons volunteering as fire and emergency personnel are properly trained and managed. Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a The Fire Department members elect the Board of Directors with a provision that the Board will include residents from the Fire District served by North Central Alamance Fire Department. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 The Fire Departments Treasurer reviews the Form 990 with the Accountant who prepares the return prior to mailing. Subsequent to mailing the return, the return is made available to the full Board of Directors for their review. CEO executive director top management comp Part VI line 15a All compensation paid to management of the Fire Department to include the CEO, Executive Director, or top management officials is approved by the Board of Directors.
