We needed additional time to ensure the return was accurate and complete. Specifically we were still in the process of collecting key documents and organizational records necessary to meet the IRSs reporting requirements. To submit a thorough and compliant filing we determined it was prudent to request an extension. A copy of the form 990PF will be sent to the Attorney General of the state of Florida at the same time it is submitted to the IRS.
