My finger slipped and I was rushing so much I'm sorry but I didn't see the wrong digit when I proofread the form. Also, I tried to type the year correctly but the Tax form does not want to accept the date change from everyone else Jan-Dec. The computer changed the year back after I thought I had the November to October date typed correctly. Again I'm sorry, I wish I had the timing originally beginning in January as it causes grief to struggle with the date and always be doing the previous year. Finally, I don't know how I could have sent in the 990-EZ instead of the 990-PF. I was rushing too much with too many numbers in my head. Thank you very much for being lenient.
