Participants present their submitted and peer review papers, reflecting the state-of-the-art in unmanned aviation. Moreover, the Association publishes an eMagazine, the eUAM (quarterly), which is distributed free of charge. The ONLY revenue of the Association is through registrations to attend the conference. No benefit packages, no pension plans, medical, etc. Any compensation given to members is reported on a 1099-MISC form and sent to the IRS. For 2024, three forms were completed and mailed to the IRS. Part VI, Line 11b Form 990 (and Schedule A and O) are completed online following instructions. The forms are completed by Kimon P. Valavanis. Copies of all Tax Returns are in Association's location, 2930 E 2nd Ave., Denver, CO 80206. Electronic copies exist, saved in a laptop. This 2024 Tax Returned, after it is submitted, will be emailed to the other two members of the Board of Directors. Note that ANY Executive Committee member may request and receive copies of Tax Returns. Part VI, Line 12c Note that Executive Committee Members are not compensated. Board of Director members receive minimum compensation for services. There is no conflict of interest (based on existing policy) - conflict of interest is strictly enforced. It is the specific nature of the major activity of the Association, i.e., a technical conference, which does not have any conflict of interest by its members. Part VI, Line 18 Official copies of the updated forms, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Conflict of Interest, Form 1023, etc., have been emailed to the Incorporators and Board of Governors. Any other member may receive these forms upon request. Part VI, Line 19 The ICUAS Association documents, that is, Laws of Incorporation, Bylaws, Conflict of Interest Policy, Diversity Statement, Privacy Statement, are available for review upon request. The Diversity and Privacy Statements are uploaded on the web, www.icuas.com. Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the State of Colorado - the Association is registered in the Sate of Colorado. Part VI, Line 1a The Association has three (founders) incorporators, a three-member Board of Directors and a five-member Executive Committee.
