Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b Governance: HFGR is governed by a board of directors selected from the GRHS membership. Directors serve a term of 2 years. One of the directors is an integral member of the board with an Ex officio status who is also the serving as the President of GRHS. Therefore, contemporaneous documents or meetings other than that of the governing board itself do not exist.
