Part VI, Line 7a The member insurance companies elect the members of the Associations Board of Directors. Part VI, Line 7b Pursuant to Title 41 Chapter 43 Idaho Code the election of the members of the Associations Board of Directors is subject to the approval of the Director of the Idaho Department of Insurance. Part VI, Line 11b The Audit Committee of the Associations Board of Directors reviews the Form 990 for accuracy and completeness prior to its finalization and filing with the IRS. Part VI, Line 12c The Associations Executive Director reviews the Conflict of Interest filings and refers any possible or potential conflicts to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Associations legal counsel for review. Part VI, Line 19 The Associations governing documents and its Conflict of Interest Policy are available to its member companies upon request.
