During 2020, due to COVID-19, most in-person events were cancelled and online activities took place. However, in 2021, in-person activities such as mahjong, bridge, book club, coffee and conversation, etc. did take place again. Monthly luncheon meetings were held again as well to educate members regarding their new community. Formation of new friendships, exchange of information and expereiences about the community, sharing expertise with other group members, combine to support charitable contributions of money, time and household goods.
