The interview and review process is carried out by an independent consultant firm, and the position reports to the Board President for 3-month, 6-month and annual reviews. We also submit governing documents upon request to the Government agencies and Foundations that fund our organization. We hired a 2nd full time employee whose responsibilities included filing our tax forms. Unfortunately, that employee was terminated mid-year and we fell behind on our filings.
