With this data, the Executive Committee approved compensation for the position. Part I, Line 7 Subject to meeting staff KPI and performance expectations of the Board, the CEO is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus as determined by the Board. All other ASSP staff are eligible for discretionary bonuses based on approval by ASSP's Board of Directors.
