Club ATA Shoots. The club hosted three registered Amateur Trap Association ATA trap shoots this year. It drew shooters from all over the state including some of our youth trap shooters who gained valuable competition experience. The club also utilized youth members help in exchange for free rounds of trap. 0 3379 Club Trap Shooting. The club hosted over 1,300 trap shooting rounds for the clubs members and guests with 100% safety track record. Applied for but have not yet received a grant of $12,851 from Colorado Parks and Wildlife to rebuild one of our aging trap houses. We will count this in 2025s form 0 2627 Youth Trap Shooting. The Chaffee County Young Guns team regularly uses our trap range for education practice and competition. The CCYG team consists of 10-20 active shooters and has received back to back State Champion awards for its performances in competitions. We are very proud of our youth shooters! 0 0 NRA Whittington Center Adventure Camp. In 2024 the club raised $1700 to send three 3 youth from the Chaffee County area to this camp.
