OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: Speaking & Training:-------------------The Organization hosted 17 events, discussing topics related to vision and leadership with over 500 people in attendance. It also began coaching services for 12 church leaders to aid in the adoption of programming. At all times the conduct of activities where the Organization is represented will be undertaken in a manner that best promotes the interest of the Organization.3. At any time that the governing body will vote upon an issue that could favorably impact the members financial interest or those of related parties, the member will disclose the relationship, will not participate in discussion of the issue, and will abstain from voting on the matter.4. At any time a conflict of interest or the potential of such arises, the member will disclose the matter to the President or to the Chairman.
