<ExplanationTxt>| Explanation:| The following amounts were sent to Sadaqah Jariyah Foundation in The Gambia a sister organization that manages and executes services for the Giving Back to The Gambia initiative. These funds were allocated to critical charitable programs aimed at addressing urgent needs in The Gambia: Education Support: $47,471.66 This amount supported a variety of students including those in university elementary and high school. Scholarships were provided to ensure students have the opportunity to pursue their education which is essential for their future success. Medical Support: $24,714.11 Many children in The Gambia suffer from serious medical conditions that require specialized care unavailable locally due to the countrys inadequate healthcare infrastructure. These funds were used to provide overseas medical treatment for those in need ensuring that children and families received the medical attention they would not otherwise have access to. Feeding Program: $8,241.11 A significant number of families in The Gambia face food insecurity. These funds were used to support our feeding program which provides essential food aid to vulnerable families helping them meet their basic nutritional needs. Water Project: $4,524.00 Access to clean water is a major challenge for many villages in The Gambia. With these funds we were able to dig wells in several communities providing them with access to safe and reliable water sources which are vital for their health and wellbeing. These contributions are part of our ongoing efforts to improve the quality of life for the people of The Gambia particularly in areas where the needs are most urgent.</ExplanationTxt>

<ExplanationTxt>I am the President of the foundation and also volunteer to handle the accounting. While accounting is my professional career this year I faced a combination of personal and professional challenges that impacted my ability to file on time. I was struggling to balance my full-time job my university studies I am pursuing a degree in accounting and significant health issues. These circumstances severely limited the time and energy I had available to complete the filing. In addition the tax service New England Accounting and Tax LLC which had assisted us in the past informed me that due to increased responsibilities and staffing limitations they were no longer able to help us with filing. Unfortunately our organization does not have the financial resources to pay for outside accounting services which left me to manage the books alone. Despite these challenges I continued to work on the accounts gradually and after researching and learning more about the filing process I realized that I could complete the Form 990-EZ myself given my background in accounting and current education. I have now completed the accounts and filed the form. I sincerely apologize for the delay and the impact it may have had. The situation was beyond my control and I am committed to ensuring that future filings are submitted on time. I respectfully request that any penalties related to this late filing be abated as the delay was due to circumstances beyond our control including personal health issues limited resources and the unavailability of our usual tax service provider. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. Sincerely Isatou Sarr President Giving Back To The Gambia Charity Foundation Inc.
