We currently assist 17 individuals in our Supported Employment and Individual Supported Employment programs. Through community worksite assessments and job shadowing opportunities, clients are able to explore different career paths and determine suitable job matches. Once employed, we continue to provide tailored job support, which may include on-site assistance or daily check-ins, helping clients reach full independence in the workplace. Statement continued on Schedule O.Over the past fiscal year, we successfully placed nine individuals into community-based employment and dedicated over 175 hours monthly to support these individuals in their roles.Training Programs: Our on-the-job training includes soft skills development, helping clients build effective communication skills and interpersonal strategies. We also offer opportunities for clients to participate in team-based work environments, or "enclaves," where they collaborate alongside other employees at local businesses. In this model, job coaches work with both clients and employers, ensuring a smooth transition and helping clients establish natural supports to maintain their roles independently.Community Life Services:Day Activities In our Adult Day Services program, clients engage in structured activities such as gardening, geography, meal planning, wellness programs, arts and crafts, games, and community outings. This program fosters friendships, exploration of new interests, and promotes community integration.Supported Community Living (SCL) Our Supported Community Living program empowers individuals to build confidence and develop life skills necessary for community engagement. We assist clients with practical life tasks, from meal planning and doctor's appointments to finding housing, budgeting, shopping, socializing, and more.
