Schedule G, Part III, Line 17b The figure given $117,071 represents the total amount of contributions distributed/donated for the entire reporting period July 01, 2023 - June 30, 2024 Form 990, Header, Line A Our organization's fiscal year has always been from July 1st of the year thru June 30th of the following year. If you check our past E-postcards you will see this is indeed our fiscal year. Form 990, Header, Line B The "initial return" box was not checked due to the fact that our organization has been submitting E-Postcards until our generated revenue increased enough to have to file a 990 and NOT a 990EZ. If by checking the box indicates the initial filing of a 990 form, I have checked it. Otherwise we were not obligated to check it due to prior explanation. However, as per our organization's bylaws, full disclosure of our finances, documents and any other related activities is made available to all members. Form 990, Part IX, Line 24e The total functional expenses was the result of the combined expenses of the Bingo, Pull-Tab, 50/50, "All You Can Eat" Breakfasts and Holiday Kids Parties Events. Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 Form 990 Part XI Line 1 reflects a NET revenue value that is lessened by a greater expense value reflected on Part XI Line 2 (having been previously used to lessen a GROSS revenue to a NET revenue), leaving a negative revenue value on Part XI Line 3. Errors arose from this discrepancy forcing us to make an adjustment on Part XI Line 9 that helped to reconcile net assets.
