Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3 For the year ended December 31, 2023, CEF retained the ACG Advocacy LLC to provide management services to the organization. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 Members of CEF include organizations in the education community. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a The CEF Board of Directors is 16 members; 4 are appointed by the President. The Executive Committee is elected by the membership. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b The members approve of the annual budget, which includes the setting of dues rates, and the elections of the three CEF officers (president, vice-president, and treasurer) and four members of the Executive Committee. In addition, any changes to the by-laws require full approval by the full membership.
