Our primary focus is on the physical construction of the school in building classrooms and the needed infrastructure to address the local communitys needs.and use rights for the school. fully funded and managed the building of eight classrooms as well as student + staff toilet facilities on-site. We have also partially funded and managed the building of two additional classrooms a health clinic and staff toilet facilities on-site. This development has created a revenue stream for the school as it is now able to attract non-orphaned students from the community while also monetizing the facilities on weekends and holidays for various community needs such as religious gatherings weddings funeral ceremonies and more. Additionally the Sahwira Fund has provided urgent food and water support for the school as needed. From its inception in 2008 through 2021 the Sahwira Fund has provided grants or construction contracts totaling $ 210,560 toward these projects. This represents 100% of the donations received.
