Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2 The Executive Director of the New Mexico Coalition for Healthcare Value is Brandon Writtenberry, a staff member of Comagine Health under contract to the organization. The Director is running the organization independently but still retains a .05 staffing responsibility to Comagine Health in the area of government relations and in that role, reports to the Executive Director of Comagine Health, Meredith Roberts. The Executive Director is a .5 FTE as of the filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Voting members, which include Health Care Purchasers, Health Care Providers, Health Plans, and Health Support Organizations, shall elect Directors of the Board and shall vote on such corporate matters as are reserved to the Voting Members under the Bylaws, as amended from time to time. Each Voting Member, shall appoint one designated representative to cast the Members vote at Member meetings.
