The Board President and any other Board designee meet with the Adminstrator to review and finalize the yearly contract. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Financial Statements are provided to the Board monthly and the Schools lending institution yearly and to the public upon request. The Board makes all documents relating to its governing policies and conflict of interest policy available to the public on the Schools website. Form 990, Part X, Section Assets, Line 10 The East Valley Christian Legacy Fund now owns the four school properties and manages the debt associated with the properties. EVCLF is its own 501c3 and files its own 990. Thus the assets and the debt were transferred from the School to EVCLF. The audited financial statements include both the School and the EVCLF.
