This separation resulted in $488,760 Revenue from Pierce County AIDS Foundation PCAF which reflect the cash and receivable value attributable to Oasis from PCAF at the time of separation. Legal expenses were related to the separation from Pierce County AIDS Foundation and the set-up structure for Oasis's independent operations. This factor results in a lower program percentage than would be reflected with standard operations absent the separation and set-up. Part VI, Line 4 In 2023 Oasis began independent operations. This involved creation of a governing Board and enactment of Bylaws. Part VI, Line 11a The 990 is sent to the Board President for review before filing. The 990 is reviewed with the Board post-filing. Part VI, Line 12c In connection with any actual or possible conflict of interest an Interested Person must disclose the existence of the relevant financial interest and disclose all material facts to the Directors who are considering the proposed transaction or arrangement.
