The STI (sexually transmitted infection) program is designed as a multi-step process where clients not only receive testing and treatment for STI's, but also are educated to the life-long consequences of their sexual behaviors. Risk elimination for the client is the goal of this program. Clients will receive tools and empowerment for initiating healthier lifestyle choices. There were 14 client visits associated with this program. It was created to foster a strong culture within our community of teens and young adults who choose sexual integrity (remaining chaste until marriage) by empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their sexual health.
