Ignorance. I wasn't aware that I needed to file the 990 until a friend advised me. I have already filed for the year 2022. If I had known this form needed to be filed I would have filed it in 2022. Sorry, promise I'll do better. I'm a novice at this and totally acknowledge my failure to file earlier. As you can see from the report Dynamics for Living doesn't have an abundance of cash flow.
