The Abbi Agency is responsible for all administrative and marketing services while SMG Consulting is responsible for all strategic planning and executive functions. Patrick Ty Whitaker is the representative for The Abbi Agency and was compensated $49,200 for services provided to the Organization plus additional fees for expenses reimbursed by the Organization during the fiscal year ended 6/30/2023. Carl Ribaudo is the representative for SMG Consulting and was compensated $54,400 for services provided to the Organization during the fiscal year ended 6/30/2023. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 Any person or organization that desires to participate in the goals of this organization and is willing to pay the annual fee, shall be eligible for membership. There are not multiple classes of membership. A member's voting rights are based solely on their pro rata contribution to the entity. There are no required members and membership certificates are not issued.
