Our program has a multifaceted approach of healing and education through in person educational opportunities, peer-to-peer support and holistic approaches of mental wellness through dirt therapy, yoga, mindful meditation, equine therapy to name a few. We have collaborated with Grow North Texas in the creation of the North Texas Farm Success program providing training, education and 1-1 technical assistance. We are also working with Council for Healthy Food systems to provide climate smart ag practices through training and education.
