A file is kept on each recipient that contains the documentation supporting eligibility and the amount granted. The cap on annual grants to any individual is $3,000. Therefore, there were no grants of more than $5,000 made to any individual in 2023. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Prior to submission, the completed 990 package is uploaded to the Foundation's secure cloud space for review by all Board members. While it is not required that all Board members review the document, it is nevertheless available to do so.
