The Council files Form 990-Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax with the Internal Revenue Service, and there are no years under examination, and no income taxes due. The Council believes that income tax filing positions will be sustained upon examination and does not anticipated any adjustments that would result in a material adverse effect on the Council's financial condition, results of operations or cash flows. Accordingly, the Council has not recorded any reserves or related accruals for interest and penalties for uncertain income tax positions at June 30, 2020. The Council is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdiction's however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. The Council believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to June 30, 2016. Pt XI, Line 2d Vacation accrual Pt VI, Line 6 The organization has members who send representatives to the board. Pt VI, Line 7a The council elects the board. Pt VI, Line 12c The elected board reviews the policy and determines if changes are appropriate. Pt VI, Line 11b The 990 is emailed to the board to be reviewed before it is signed and delivered to the IRS. Pt VI, Line 19 Public documents are available upon request.
