The goal of the Cooperative is to provide this service as an expansion of its income tax exemption. To accomplish this purpose the bylaws were amended by the members so that the Cooperative will provide the service on a cooperative basis through the allocation of patronage capital. Part III, line 3 The bylaws were amended by the members of the Cooperative so that the Cooperative will provide high speed internet access and related communications services to members on a cooperative basis through the allocation of patronage capital. Part VI, Line 4 The bylaws of the Cooperative were amended by the members so that the Cooperative will provide high speed internet access and related communications services to members on a cooperative basis through the allocation of patronage capital. Part VI, Line 6 Prentiss County Electric Power Association is a cooperative that provides electric and fiber internet telephone services to its members. All members are treated equally with regard to voting rights. Part VI, Line 7a All members receive a ballot annually to vote for the Board of Directors.
