The Directors of the Church by the Sea Foundation, Inc. are nominated by the Directors of the Church by the Sea Foundation, Inc., and confirmed by the members of the Church by the Sea Foundation, Inc. at the annual meeting. A close and continuous working relationship is maintained between the supporting organzation and the supported organization by monthly 90% of the ordinary investment earnings of the Church by the Sea Foundation, Inc. are given to the supported organization (Gulf Beaches Church by the Sea). with 10% being reinvested for growth. The only purpose of the Church by the Sea Foundation, Inc. is to provide income to the Gulf Beaches Church by the Sea. In addition, ongoing communications are provided between the two organizations, including a joint annual meeting. Schedule A, Part IV, Section D, Line 3 Since the Church by the Sea Foundation, Inc.'s governing documents stipulate the investment practices and that 90% of the ordinary investment income is provided to the supported organization (Gulf Beaches Church by the Sea), the supported organization has full control over the use of the distributed funds.
