To be an advocate of juvenile justice personnel. 0 0 To accomplish its goals, the association convenes two conferences annually that are geared to provide training and education to its members. This year we were able to host one conference due to the COVID pandemic and this conference was held virtually. Hundreds of members attended this conference and were provided the opportunity to receive information and training from credentialed presenters in various topics of interest to the profession. The training was geared to provide information and materials that affect the participants work and enhance their preparation in each of their disciplines. An average of 14 hours of training was offered at this conference. Individuals are considered members as long as they attend at least one of the two conferences hosted each fiscal year. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Members are to vote on the President, Vice-President and Treasurer every two years in even numbered years. The elections are held at the April conference in each even numbered year. The office of President, Vice-President and Treasurer are to be nominated by the members of the Association and ballots send electronically to all members for voting.
