This past fiscal year, we provided continuing education to 850 individuals at our monthly classes, held both in the in-person and webinar format. We offered classes on the new NSPIRE rules, HOTMA, landlord-tenant law, conflict resolution, and 2.5 day occupancy certification courses for RD, HUD, and LIHTC managers. We also offered classes on EIV, AFHMP, and fair housing.
