Part VI, Line 19 Monthly and year-to-date financial statements are presented and approved by the Board of Directors at monthly Board meetings that are open to members and the public. Approved financial statements are then posted to the Club's website for member access. The tax return is provided to all Directors for review. All financial statements and the Form 990 are available by request to the public. Part VI, Line 1a Board of Directors are nominated then elected for two-year terms on a rotating basis. Six Director positions are up for election each year. Any member may nominate another member or himself/herself for a Director position. The Board elects officers from within the group of twelve Directors each year. All Directors have equal voting rights. The Club may have less than 12 members at any point in time due to resignations.
