This Agreement will be effective and remain effective through the last day of the Charter Contract and will automatically renew upon the renewal of the Charter Contract, unless written notice is provided 180 days prior to the Charter Contract expiring. The Agreement may be terminated with cause by either party upon a sixty-day notice of material breach, as difined in the contract. The Agreement will automatically renew for a period equal to the charter school agreement extension with the District, unless written notice to terminate by either party is received one-year prior to the expiration date of the Agreement. Pt VI, Line 7a Election of Members and Responsibilities. Article III Pt VI, Line 7a The Board of Directiors shall consist of a minimum of three persons, with a maximum number set by the Board from time to time in accordance with these Bylaws.
