Statement of Revenue Part VIII Individual Support Services Other Program Related Income Part III response or note to any other line in Part III Site Based Respite includes School Holidays and After School Respite services and are based on participant needs. The School Holiday Program caters to school children diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, who are on holiday and require supervision during this period. The After School Respite program is offered on weekdays, after school and in the summer period.Individual Support and Services support people to live as independently as possible in the community by helping with housing costs. The program is designed to support income eligible people with developmental disabilities, who chose to live independently in the community and who are or will be financially and legally responsible for their housing unit as an owner or a responsible tenant. Adult Career and Continuing Education Services starts with the belief that people with disabilities can benefit from vocational rehabilitation services and should have opportunities to work in jobs integrated within their communities. The program assists eligible people with disabilities to prepare for, find and keep suitable employment consistent with their strength.
