Johnson Trust The successor Trustee for the trust is Nancy Catalini Chew, Esquire - Her office address was used as the address for the Trust. Ms. Johnson is deceased, and her home has been sold to become part of the trust. All previous returns were done using the 990N electronic file form. This year we were required to file the 990 form. The extent of the 990 Form and its numerous schedulers was underestimated. The FY 23/24 balance sheet was completed and the return was filled out on November 15, 2024 but it did not balance. On November 16, 2024 the return as reviewed and balanced. The issue since then has been finding a way to electronically submit the 990 form and its schedules to the IRS. On Monday November 18, 2024 around 10 e-file providers were contacted. As of today none had replied. ASEF has tried a couple of the alternative 990 filing options. Simple 990 has worked out, but it has been time consuming transferring the 990 form information and its schedules into the Simple 990 format/software. Its complete and hopefully it will be transmitted to the IRS today 11/23/24.
