We receive funding from the Washington State Department of Commerce to support our Family Resource Center and to start a neurodiverse inclusive preschool and remodel a building for the program. We have not had conflicts of interest issues to deal with, but we would explain the reasons that activities are not permitted should this arise. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Our staff salaries do not include key employees. Salary levels are reviewed by our School Meeting and our Assembly annually. The wages for the Well Being Center are reviewed by the Community Council and by the executive committee. We occasionally seek a review of wages, in relationship to cost of living expenses and compensation in comparable positions in different organizations. These are carried out by our advisory council. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 We did not receive requests from the general public, but we made the policies to our community of parents and community councils. We also provided our documents to state and county agencies who provided us with grant funding for our Community Center programs.
