Part VI, Line 19 The organization through its C.E.O. develops reviews and approves budgets with the Board of Directors BOD. Expenditures within the approved budget are incurred by the C.E.O without further authorization. However any expenditures which is over $500 budgeted amount must be reviewed and approved by DOB. Such review and approval is to be documented in the minutes of the DOB.
