Our adoptable cats and dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, chipped and receive additional veterinary care as needed prior to adoption. In 2023, WCFA spayed/neutered 157 cats and dogs including 28 community cats. We maintain a small pet food bank from donations received from businesses and the public. We assist on average 75 needy pet owners with pet food in the area. We estimate assisting approximately 145-150 animals in this way. In addition to pet food, we provide dog beds, collars and leashes, food bowls, litter boxes, litter, crates, cat condos, etc., that are donated to us. We also provide other animal food, fencing, etc that we receive as donations from one of the major donors.
