Pt VI, Line 7a The members elect the officers and trustess which sit on the governing board. Pt VI, Line 7b The members must vote to change the Bylaws. Pt VI, Line 11b Financial statements are provided monthly to the board for which they vote on and approve. The 990 is then prepared from these statements and from inquiries of the Executive Director, who also reviews the 990 upon signing. Pt VI, Line 12c Upon election to the board, officers, directors, and trustees are required to read and sign the policy. Annually, they are required to verbally report any conflicting relationships of which they are aware. It is also peer-monitored throughout the board meetings.
